Our Story

Equip Development Strategists was born from a deep passion for learning, teaching, and empowering businesses to grow. Over nearly two decades working directly with Caribbean entrepreneurs, we’ve found this to be true: businesses tend not to grow beyond the capacity of their owners and leaders. That is, the growth of a business is directly proportional to the capabilities of its leaders.

As such, our targeted training and development programs are designed to expand the capacity of business owners and leaders.
