How to Access Scale-Up Launch Pad
Established businesses with growing demand, proven market traction, and profitability — but operating on institutional knowledge, founder dependency, and reactive decision-making.
Ideal if:
- Revenue is growing but operations feel chaotic
- You’re making profit but lack documented systems and processes
- Your team has high turnover because there’s no clear structure or development path
- You’re the bottleneck — every decision runs through you
- You see the opportunity to scale but know your current infrastructure can’t support it
- You need to build a leadership team, not just hire more hands
Not a fit for startups still searching for product-market fit or businesses in survival mode.
Scale-Up Launch Pad helps you transition from founder-led chaos to systems-led growth. Over 4 months, you build the operational infrastructure, leadership capacity, and strategic clarity required to scale without breaking your business.
You’ll work through the practical fundamentals of scalable operations — workflows, performance metrics, decision-making frameworks, organizational structure, and leadership development — while implementing them in real time with coaching support.
Weekly Curriculum (3 hours, virtual): Core learning on growth infrastructure — systems thinking, operational design, performance management, leadership fundamentals, and strategic execution.
Monthly Strategy Intensives (3 hours, on-site when possible): Facilitated strategy sessions using the Discovery-Design-Deployment model to diagnose real-time challenges, design solutions, and create deployment plans tailored to your business.
Individual Coaching (1 hour weekly): One-on-one support to work through implementation assignments, troubleshoot decisions, and maintain momentum.
Group Mentorship & Peer Learning: Monthly mentor meetups and ongoing peer exchange with other business owners navigating similar transitions.
Implementation Assignments: Practical, business-specific deliverables designed to build infrastructure as you go — identifying critical workflows, setting performance metrics, mapping your org structure, clarifying unspoken culture, and implementing tools that support scalability.
By the end of 4 months, participants have:
- Documented workflows for their most important business operations
- Clear performance metrics and tracking systems in place
- A functional organizational structure with defined roles and accountability
- Leadership capacity within their team to manage operations and drive execution
- Strategic clarity on growth priorities for the next 12-24 months
- Practical tools and frameworks to continue building infrastructure independently
- Access to an alumni community of growth-stage entrepreneurs for ongoing peer support and networking
Graduates join a community of alumni entrepreneurs for ongoing networking, peer exchange, and potential partnerships. Alumni also have access to continued advisory support at reduced rates.
Pricing reflects the depth of support — weekly coaching, monthly intensives, curriculum, and implementation guidance. A detailed proposal is provided after your consultation call.
